Yes. Our Classic Sourdough uses a wild yeast starter with no commercial yeast — just flour, water, salt, and time.
How should I store my sourdough?
Keep it in a paper bag or bread box at room temperature for up to 3 days. Slice and freeze what you won't finish right away.
